Reputation Management Campaign | EarthLink Improves Ratings and Improves SEO

When was the last time you wrote a positive review when your internet worked all day? You’re not alone. The best internet is the kind you forget about: it just works. But when it doesn’t, you may want to give your provider an earful.

To garner more reviews that we hoped would be positive, we created a campaign to request reviews on three key platforms to improve the ratings. Since the brand doesn’t have very many reviews, a few could move the needle significantly. In the first batch of 500 send, we got three new 5-star reviews on Google and two new 5-star reviews on Trust Pilot.

We will review campaign results every 30 days to determine how we adjust and iterate to get the best results without review gatekeeping to violate terms of service on any of the platforms.
