  • Williams-Sonoma: This leading national home and kitchen company asks each store to build their local community by owning an Instagram handle and posting to it regularly

    Challenge: The management team was spread very thin and needed someone to take on social media ownership to create build community, increase location awareness, and stand out from the crowd with a strong visual social presence. I took on the project, and owned it for six months.

    Solution: Set a regular posting schedule, create visually compelling content that feels aspirational yet attainable, and highlight key products and events seasonally.

    Results: Increased followers 104% and engagement by 36% in six months.

  • Range Global, an international satellite communications equipment provider, wanted to have a stronger presence on social media to increase brand awareness and connection. The company targets international travelers, adventurers, hunters, and cowboys.

    Challenge: Create an impactful, visual social presence for a communications company.

    Solution: Highlight the lifestyle of the user through strategic content, social networking, and audience engagement by showing the environments and situations where satellite phones are used. I created the social strategy “Whatever Your Adventure, Stay Connected” sharing news about extraordinary treks, adventure travel and hunting, and big-life seekers.

    Results: Social engagement increased by 600% on Instagram and organic post reach on Facebook increased by 500%

  • Animal Courts, a course that helps pet owners resolve animal and pet-related incidents by educating violators, needed to increase awareness of their service.

    We created a strategy for paid social media campaigns targeting 10 key markets where the client wanted to grow their business. Our social media team researched each market carefully and developed a plan for Facebook ads to complement their pay-per-click campaign.

    Using consistent messaging and visuals, the campaign ran for a targeted period of time in support of a Google ad campaign and yielded positive results across the board.

    Results:

    • Increased impressions on Facebook across ten markets to 137 K

    • Increased engagement to 7.3 K

    • Increased video to 20.5 K

  • Smith Farms Boarding wanted to build awareness of their luxury boarding services for dogs and increase connection with their existing customer base and social media followers.

    Over a six-month timeline, I managed the Smith Farms Facebook page. I strategized that photos of the dogs playing and interacting would drive interest among their owners as well as dog lovers in general.

    During this time, we created daily owned, earned, and paid social media content that was engaging, fun, and held an audience including shared dog-related news, images, and several viral memes. Next steps were to introduce an Instagram account.

    Results:

    • Increased engagement on photos by 65%

    • Increased engagement by 750% among unique users from August 2018 to February 2019
